The Pros:Great audio quality that doesn't distort your voice. Lots of useful functions. Very long pairing range.
The Cons:Configuration can be confusing, definitely have to read the manual. Noise cancellation isn't quite as good as the Jawbone.

For the hearing noise cancellation there are two modes with different strengths that BlueAnt claims are to be used in the appropriate situations: normal for regular situations, and "MAX" for especially noise environments. Despite the Z9's limited number of buttons - only 3 - the headset itself carries a large number of capabilities. For example. redialing is accomplished by holding the "volume up" key for 3 seconds.
