The Jabra BT2020 is a behind-the-ear style Bluetooth headset with a talk time of up to 8 hours. It features auto-pairing technology which makes it easy to pair and use with Bluetooth devices as well as Jabra's Discreet Light feature which turns off the LED light after a period of inactivity.

The headset has a multi-function button and +/- volume controls on the part that rests behind the ear and comes with 3 sizes of earbuds for a customized fit. It's call handling features include incoming call alerts, voice dialing, three party calling, mute, call hold and call reject.
