Sony Ericsson MBR-100
$80.00
Released April, 2007
The Pros:Highly versatile device, instantly enables wireless connectivity with any device that has a 3.5mm audio output. Is equipped with stereo A2DP and direct MP3/WMA audio streaming, better for sound quality, but requires compatible source devices. Long battery life, great as a portable music adapter for a cell phone, but since its battery powered, can also be used as a permanent wireless device for your home audio system as it can be AC powered.
The Cons:Uses BT 1.2 less bandwidth than 2.0, disappointing considering its price tag. Relies on source device for "Direct Streaming" feature. With the increasing number of cell phones on the market with 3.5mm audio out, it makes ti tough to justify this BT device at its MSRP.
