The MH700 headset is fully equipped with a built-in call answering system that is designed to pause and interrupt a user's music when a phone call comes through the device. The MH700 model headphones include a convenient call handling button, an integrated microphone, and a shirt clip for easy wear support.

The Sony Ericsson MH700 hands-free headset includes additional features such as acoustic sound safety support, a high power handling capacity, equipped neodymium magnet units, an oxygen-free copper cord, and stereo sound output. A standard 3.5mm audio jack allows the MH700 headphones to be used with a list of phone models and has been confirmed to work with other brand cells as normal headphones. The MH700 ear-buds are powered directly by the phone device through the headphone cord.
