Sony MDR-EX38iP
$40.00
Released September, 2009
The Pros:Better frequency response than most headphones under $100, let alone under $40. Remarkable bass response for low=priced earbud-style headphones. Full control over music and calling plus an integrated microphone makes these an excellent choice for iPhone users.
The Cons:The treble on these tends to be a bit harsh, especially while listening to metal. In-line remote's play button feels cheap and flimsy. Below-average cable quality shortens the lifespan of these otherwise well-built earphones.
The Sony MDR- EX38iP is one of four made-for-iPod/iPhone headsets released in May 2010. All four models feature an integrated microphone for hands-free chatting, and an in-line remote that puts commonly used iPod/iPhone functions within fingertip reach.

Not very good for exercise as even a small amount of sweat makes the earpieces slip out easily.
